A downloadable tool

This project implements a procedural 3D terrain and 2D map tools for Unity game engine. The system is designed to allow specific implementation of a terrain or a map using inheritance. This project is used in the simulation game Life Step By Step.

As examples, includes two procedural generated terrains and the corresponding maps, and they are also ready for extension using inheritance. One of the terrains implements a standard mesh and the other creates a Minecraft-like mesh, both sharing the same procedural generation based on Unity's perlin noise.

Also, it contains a math helper static class called LC_Math, which includes perlin noise height map generation and split and merge algorithm.
All the settings and most important methods have their corresponding tooltips and documentation.
